Probate Services

Probate property & estate support.

Practical estate coordination for executors, administrators, beneficiaries, solicitors and families — across London and nationwide.

A single coordinated service for complex estates

We provide comprehensive probate property, estate coordination and asset investigation services. Our role is to manage the practical, factual and organisational work surrounding an estate — protecting assets, organising evidence, coordinating valuations and preparing a structured record for the professionals responsible for the legal and financial administration.

We are not solicitors and do not provide reserved legal advice. Where legal advice, probate applications or court action are required, we work alongside appropriately qualified probate solicitors.

Legal coordination

Working alongside probate solicitors

Where legal advice or formal legal action is required, we work alongside experienced probate solicitors. Our involvement allows the solicitor to concentrate on the legal issues while we organise the documents, property information, asset schedules, valuations, correspondence and factual evidence needed to support the case.

The solicitor may advise on:

Validity and interpretation of wills
Intestacy entitlement
Grants of probate and letters of administration
Inheritance and beneficial ownership disputes
Property ownership disputes
Court applications and preservation orders
Legally operative agreements and documents

Transparent, time-based fees

Our fees are transparent and primarily time-based. Any proposed initial payment, hourly rate, fixed-price work or contractor expenditure will be explained before work begins. Our fees are not calculated as a percentage of the inheritance or the value of a claim. External professional fees — solicitors, valuers, surveyors, estate agents and contractors — are identified separately wherever possible.
