How we started
LK Apt Services was founded by landlords who understood first-hand how difficult it is to find a management company that genuinely cares. Too many agencies treat properties as numbers on a spreadsheet. We set out to do things differently.
Starting with a small portfolio in South London, we built our reputation one property at a time — through honest communication, fast response times, and a refusal to cut corners. Today we manage hundreds of units across the capital, but our approach hasn't changed.
